1.0 Introduction
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("you", "your", or "User") and Kybo Technologies ("Kybo", "we", "our", or "us"), an Australian business entity operating under the name Kybo Technologies, also known as Kybo or Kybo Group. These Terms govern your access to and use of our digital products, services, and systems, including but not limited to any offerings, applications, or utilities made available through our presence on Roblox®, Discord®, and our official website located at https://kybo.group (collectively, the "Services").
By accessing, purchasing, licensing, or using any portion of our Services—including participating in our points system, interacting with our Discord community, or acquiring licenses to use our digital products—you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, including any policies, guidelines, or future modifications that may be published by us from time to time. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the Services.
1.1 Legal Entity, Jurisdiction & Requirements
Kybo Technologies is registered and operates from Australia. Accordingly, these Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Australia, and any applicable state or territory laws therein. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms, the Services, or the relationship between you and Kybo shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
By using our Services, you represent and warrant that:
You are at least 13 years of age or meet the minimum age requirement under applicable laws to use Roblox and Discord.
If you are under the age of majority in your place of residence, you have obtained the express consent of your parent or legal guardian to enter into these Terms and to use the Services.
You have the legal authority to enter into this agreement on your own behalf or on behalf of any organization or legal entity you represent.
These Terms apply to all users of the Services, including but not limited to individual consumers, business entities, or organizations accessing or using the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes. Your continued use of the Services after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

2.0 Accounts
Kybo Technologies provides access to its Services through third-party platforms including, but not limited to, Roblox and Discord. In order to use certain features or purchase digital licenses, you may be required to associate your Roblox user ID or Discord account with our systems. By linking or using your third-party account to access our Services, you authorize Kybo to collect, store, and use limited information from such platforms as necessary to provide and support the Services, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
You acknowledge and agree that:
Your access to Kybo’s Services is dependent on the availability and operability of your third-party accounts.
You are solely responsible for maintaining secure access to your linked Roblox or Discord accounts, and Kybo shall not be liable for any unauthorized access or loss resulting from compromised credentials on those platforms.
2.2 Account Responsibility & Use of Services
You are solely responsible for all activities conducted through your Kybo-linked account(s), including actions taken via connected Roblox or Discord identities. You agree to:
Keep all login credentials and authentication methods secure.
Notify Kybo immediately at hi@kybo.group of any known or suspected unauthorized use of your accounts or breaches of security.
Ensure that all information provided to Kybo is accurate, current, and complete, and to promptly update any information that changes.
Kybo is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this section. Access to Kybo’s Services is provided for your personal, non-commercial use only and is subject to compliance with these Terms. You agree not to:
Share, transfer, or resell access to your account or licensed products.
Circumvent any restrictions, limitations, or security mechanisms in place.
Use the Services for any unlawful, exploitative, or abusive purposes.
2.3 Suspension, Termination & Data
Kybo Technologies reserves the right, in its sole discretion and without prior notice, to:
Suspend, limit, or permanently revoke your access to the Services;
Disable or delete your linked accounts and data;
Revoke any granted licenses, points, or entitlements;
Deny future access to any part of the Services;
if we determine that you have violated:
These Terms of Service;
Any applicable laws or regulations;
Any rules or guidelines set by Kybo or the third-party platforms through which we operate (e.g., Roblox or Discord);
The intellectual property rights or safety of Kybo or other users.
We reserve the right to make such determinations at our sole discretion, and our decision shall be final and binding. In such cases, no refunds or compensation shall be provided, and any data or entitlements associated with the account may be irreversibly removed.
Subject to our Privacy Policy (TOS) and any applicable legal requirements, Kybo may retain, delete, or anonymize your data upon account termination. We do not guarantee that any user-generated content, purchase history, points, or entitlements will be retrievable once your account access has been revoked or deleted. You acknowledge that Kybo is not obligated to store, maintain, or provide you with copies of your data, except as required by law.
3.0 Product Licensing
All digital products and services offered by Kybo Technologies are provided strictly on a license basis, not as outright sales or permanent ownership transfers. By purchasing, redeeming, or otherwise acquiring access to any of our products, you are granted a limited, revocable, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and non-exclusive license to use the product solely for personal, non-commercial purposes, in accordance with these Terms and any applicable supplemental guidelines.
You acknowledge and agree that:
You do not own any digital product provided by Kybo;
You receive a license to access and use the product for as long as that license remains valid;
All intellectual property rights, including copyrights and trade secrets, remain the exclusive property of Kybo Technologies or its licensors.
Kybo licenses are typically designed for use within the Roblox platform, and may require ongoing access to Roblox and/or Discord services for functionality.
License entitlements are managed through:
Your Kybo-linked account, and;
A third-party licensing system known as Parcel (https://parcelroblox.com).
Licenses may be stored, verified, and enforced via these systems. You must:
Maintain a valid Roblox and/or Discord account that remains linked to your Kybo identity;
Keep your Parcel and Kybo account data accurate and up to date;
Acknowledge that loss of access to these platforms may result in loss of access to your licensed products.
We are not responsible for delays or disruptions in access resulting from issues with third-party services such as Parcel, Roblox, or Discord. Unless otherwise explicitly stated in writing by Kybo, your license:
Grants you use of the digital product in one Roblox experience at a time, per license;
May not be shared, resold, sublicensed, or redistributed;
Does not entitle you to access, reverse-engineer, modify, extract, or reuse any source code, model assets, scripts, or proprietary logic;
May not be used in commercial or for-profit applications without express written approval from Kybo.
Kybo reserves the right to audit usage and revoke licenses that are misused, duplicated, or distributed beyond the agreed scope.
3.1 Termination, Revocation and expiration of Licenses
Your license may be revoked at any time, without notice, for:
Violations of these Terms;
Violation of any Roblox or Discord rules;
Misuse, exploitation, or manipulation of licensed products or systems;
Payment fraud, chargebacks, or attempts to subvert license enforcement;
Tampering with Parcel or Kybo systems to forge or manipulate entitlements.
Upon revocation, all rights to access or use the product immediately cease. We are under no obligation to refund or compensate you in such cases.
Kybo Technologies also reserves the right to disable any product functionality remotely if a license is found to be invalid, suspended, or revoked. Unless otherwise stated, all licenses are:
Perpetual in duration so long as the Terms are complied with and the license is not otherwise revoked;
Subject to expiration or revocation under Kybo’s discretion or operational needs;
Tied to your identity on Roblox and/or Discord—changing your username, ID, or unlinking accounts may impact license recognition.
If you voluntarily terminate or lose access to your Roblox/Discord account, Kybo is not obligated to transfer your license to a new account.
3.2 Third-party Licensing Providers
Kybo utilizes Parcel (parcelroblox.com) to store, track, and enforce digital license data. While we make efforts to maintain stable integration with Parcel, we do not control or operate Parcel and cannot guarantee its uptime or data integrity.
You acknowledge and accept that:
License functionality depends in part on Parcel's operational availability;
You are subject to any applicable Parcel terms of service and privacy policies;
Issues arising from Parcel outages or misconfigurations may temporarily restrict your access, and Kybo shall not be held liable for such incidents.
4.0 Purchases and Payments
Kybo Technologies offers digital products and licenses that may be acquired through payments made in:
Robux, the virtual currency of the Roblox platform, or;
United States Dollars (USD) or other supported currencies via Stripe, a third-party payment processor.
By purchasing any product or license through Kybo’s Services, you agree that:
You are authorized to use the selected payment method;
All payment information provided is accurate, complete, and up-to-date;
You will comply with any relevant payment processing terms imposed by Roblox Corporation, Stripe, or your financial institution;
You consent to Kybo initiating charges or transactions on your behalf, based on the purchase method selected.
4.1 Robux Transactions
When purchasing through Roblox, all Robux payments are processed exclusively through the Roblox platform and governed by Roblox’s Terms of Use and Virtual Currency Policy. Kybo Technologies:
Does not have direct access to your payment method or real-world financial data when you purchase with Robux;
Cannot influence or override Roblox’s refund, fraud, or moderation systems;
Treats Robux payments as final and non-refundable, in accordance with Roblox’s policies and our own.
All Robux transactions are subject to the rules, limitations, and enforcement actions of Roblox Corporation, including but not limited to:
Currency expiration;
Moderation-based removal of products or accounts;
Developer exchange (DevEx) eligibility restrictions.
We are not responsible for any changes Roblox may make to the Robux platform, policies, or developer infrastructure that may affect the delivery or usage of our Services.
4.2 Stripe (USD+) Transactions
For purchases made with USD or supported international currencies, Kybo uses Stripe as a secure, PCI-compliant third-party payment processor. By purchasing through Stripe:
You agree to be bound by Stripe’s Services Agreement;
You authorize Kybo Technologies (via Stripe) to charge the selected payment method for the full amount indicated at checkout, including any applicable taxes or fees;
You acknowledge that product access may be withheld until the transaction is successfully processed and verified.
We do not store your full payment credentials. Stripe handles all payment data in accordance with its own Privacy Policy and applicable laws (including GDPR, CCPA, and PCI-DSS standards).
4.3 Currency Conversion, Taxes, Fees, Refunds & Disputes
All prices listed on Kybo's website or product interfaces are in either Robux or USD, as applicable. You are responsible for:
Any currency conversion fees applied by your bank, card issuer, or payment service;
Any foreign transaction or international processing fees;
All applicable sales tax, VAT, or GST where required by law.
Prices are subject to change at any time without notice. Such changes will not affect already completed purchases. All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
Change of mind;
Lack of satisfaction with the product;
Incompatibility with user expectations, games, or systems;
Roblox moderation actions, account bans, or currency reversals;
Termination of Services due to Terms of Service violations.
By completing a transaction, you explicitly waive any right to a refund under ordinary circumstances, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, including Australian Consumer Law. However, nothing in this clause excludes any rights you may have that cannot legally be waived.
Initiating a chargeback, payment dispute, or unauthorized reversal through your bank, card issuer, or Stripe account is a violation of these Terms and will result in:
Immediate revocation of all licenses and entitlements associated with the disputed transaction;
Permanent suspension or deletion of your Kybo-linked account;
Blacklisting from future purchases or access to Kybo services;
Possible legal action or collection processes to recover lost funds.
You agree to contact Kybo at hi@kybo.group before initiating any dispute, to attempt a resolution in good faith.
We actively cooperate with Stripe’s dispute resolution framework and provide robust evidence for every transaction, including license activations, timestamps, and usage logs. Kybo employs automated and manual fraud prevention measures. We reserve the right to:
Delay, suspend, or cancel any transaction pending verification;
Block access to products or Services purchased using suspicious or high-risk payment methods;
Share fraud-related data with payment processors, law enforcement, or platform authorities (e.g. Roblox Trust & Safety).
Payment fraud, including use of stolen cards, unauthorized chargebacks, or Roblox account exploitation, will result in immediate and irreversible revocation of all access to Kybo Services and may be reported to relevant authorities.
4.4 Purchase Confirmation and Delivery
For most transactions, delivery of license access or product functionality is immediate upon successful payment processing. However, you acknowledge that:
Certain products may have manual review or activation delays;
System or platform outages may temporarily prevent delivery;
It is your responsibility to ensure the account receiving the license is properly linked and valid at the time of purchase.
Kybo is not liable for failed or delayed delivery resulting from user error, incomplete payment, account restrictions, or third-party system issues.
5.0 Points System
Kybo Technologies operates a proprietary Points System ("Points") designed to reward user engagement, purchases, or specific actions within our Services. Points serve as a virtual, non-cash currency with no monetary value outside of Kybo’s ecosystem. Points may be earned through various means, which can include but are not limited to:
Purchases of digital products or licenses via Robux or USD payments;
Participation in promotional events or campaigns as announced by Kybo;
Completion of specific activities or milestones within Kybo’s Roblox experiences or Discord community.
Kybo reserves the sole discretion to define, modify, or discontinue Points-earning opportunities at any time without prior notice. Points may be redeemable for certain rewards, discounts, or other benefits exclusively within Kybo’s Services, subject to availability and terms set by Kybo. Points:
Are strictly non-transferable between users;
Cannot be exchanged for real-world currency or any equivalent;
Have no value or rights outside the Kybo ecosystem;
May have specific redemption terms or expiration dates as communicated by Kybo.
Points may expire, be forfeited, or reset in whole or part in any of the following circumstances:
Upon termination or suspension of your Kybo account for violations of these Terms;
If you do not engage with Kybo’s Services for a prolonged period, as determined by Kybo in its sole discretion;
As part of promotional campaigns with specified expiry terms.
Kybo is under no obligation to notify you prior to Points expiration or forfeiture.
5.1 Limitations and User Responsibility
Points do not constitute an investment, financial product, or property right. Kybo:
Makes no guarantees regarding the continued availability, value, or functionality of the Points System;
Reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Points System at any time without liability;
Shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or inconvenience resulting from changes to or termination of the Points System.
You are responsible for:
Maintaining your Kybo account in good standing to retain Points;
Reviewing applicable Points terms and conditions communicated by Kybo;
Understanding that Points balances are subject to audit and adjustment by Kybo.
6.0 Conduct and Restrictions
When using Kybo’s Services, including accessing products on Roblox, interacting in our Discord community, or engaging with any associated features, you agree to conduct yourself in a lawful, ethical, and respectful manner at all times. Your use of the Services must comply with these Terms, as well as any rules or guidelines we establish to protect the safety, integrity, and enjoyment of the Kybo community.
You must not engage in any activity that compromises or abuses the Services or the rights of Kybo or other users. Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to, the following:
Exploitation and Manipulation: You may not exploit, hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise manipulate any Kybo product, software, or licensing system. This includes attempting to bypass or disable security measures, forge license data, or interfere with Parcel (parcelroblox.com) or other third-party services we use to manage licenses.
Unauthorized Access and Sharing: Access to licensed products and Services is granted only to you personally, through your authorized Kybo-linked accounts. Sharing, transferring, selling, or sublicensing your access to others is strictly forbidden. Similarly, attempting to gain unauthorized access to other users’ accounts or data is prohibited.
Abusive Behavior: Harassment, hate speech, discrimination, or any form of abusive conduct toward Kybo staff, other users, or platform communities will not be tolerated. Such behavior may lead to immediate suspension or termination of your access.
Violation of Laws and Platform Policies: You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction, as well as the terms and community guidelines of Roblox, Discord, and any other platforms involved. Using Kybo Services to facilitate or promote illegal activities is strictly forbidden.
Commercial Use Without Authorization: Kybo licenses are granted solely for personal, non-commercial use. Using any product, license, or Kybo platform features to generate profit, resell content, or otherwise engage in commercial activities without express written consent from Kybo is prohibited.
Interference and Disruption: Any attempts to disrupt or degrade the performance or stability of Kybo’s Services, including but not limited to distributing malware, sending spam, or launching denial-of-service attacks, are expressly forbidden.
Violation of these rules constitutes a breach of these Terms. Kybo Technologies reserves the right to take any action it deems necessary in response to misconduct, including warning, suspension, license revocation, account termination, and reporting to appropriate authorities. Such actions may be taken without prior notice, and without refund or compensation.
By respecting these standards, you help ensure a fair, safe, and enjoyable experience for all members of the Kybo community.
7.0 Termination of Service
Kybo Technologies reserves the exclusive right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to all or part of our Services at any time, with or without cause and without prior notice. This includes, but is not limited to, access to digital products, licenses, points, and community features on Roblox, Discord, or any associated platforms.
Termination or suspension may occur due to:
Violations of these Terms of Service or any supplemental policies;
Non-payment, fraudulent payment activity, or chargebacks;
Breach of platform rules imposed by Roblox, Discord, or other third parties;
Abuse, exploitation, or misuse of Kybo’s Services or licensing systems;
Requests from law enforcement or regulatory authorities;
Technical or security concerns that threaten the integrity of our Services;
Any conduct that Kybo, at its sole discretion, determines detrimental to the community or business.
Upon termination or suspension:
Your licenses and rights to use any Kybo products will immediately cease;
Access to your Kybo account and associated data may be disabled or permanently deleted;
You will forfeit any accumulated Points and entitlements without compensation;
You will not be entitled to any refunds, reimbursements, or damages.
Termination by Kybo does not waive any rights to pursue remedies for breaches, including legal action if applicable. You are responsible for immediately discontinuing use of the Services following any termination notice or action. If you wish to terminate your account voluntarily, you may do so by contacting Kybo via hi@kybo.group. However, voluntary termination does not entitle you to refunds or continued access.
Kybo reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or the entire Service at any time, without liability to you or any third party.
8.0 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Kybo Technologies, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers (collectively “Kybo”) shall not be liable for any damages of any kind arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the Services or products provided by Kybo, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or any other legal theory, even if Kybo has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
In no event shall Kybo be liable for any of the following types of damages, including but not limited to:
Direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages;
Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities;
Loss of goodwill or reputation;
Damages resulting from unauthorized access, hacking, or data breaches;
Damages caused by interruptions, outages, or errors in the Services or third-party platforms;
Any damages resulting from your reliance on or use of Kybo’s products, licenses, or Points system;
Damages arising from chargebacks, payment disputes, or fraudulent transactions;
Losses related to any failure of third-party services, including but not limited to Roblox, Discord, Parcel, or Stripe.
Where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, Kybo’s maximum aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the total amount you have paid Kybo for the specific product or service that gave rise to the claim within the twelve (12) months preceding the event.
8.1 As-is, Risks and Warranties
The Services, products, licenses, and Points are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise. Kybo expressly disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to:
Any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or title;
Any warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of the Services or content provided;
Any warranty that the Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
You acknowledge and agree that you assume full responsibility and risk for your use of the Services and any content or products obtained through Kybo. You agree that Kybo is not responsible for any damage to your hardware, software, accounts, or other property arising from your use of the Services.
Any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to your use of the Services or these Terms must be filed within one (1) year after such claim arises; otherwise, such claim is permanently barred.
9.0 Modifications to the Terms
Kybo Technologies reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, amend, or update these Terms of Service at any time and for any reason. Such modifications may include changes to policies, fees, product offerings, licensing terms, or any other aspect of the Services.
When we update the Terms, we will make reasonable efforts to provide notice to users through available communication channels, which may include:
Posting announcements within our official Discord server(s);
Notifications on the Kybo website at https://kybo.group;
Messages or alerts within the Roblox experience(s) where Kybo products are offered;
Email communications sent to the email address associated with your Kybo account.
You are responsible for regularly reviewing these Terms and any notices regarding updates. Your continued use of Kybo’s Services after the effective date of any modifications constitutes your acceptance of and agreement to be bound by the revised Terms.
If you do not agree to any changes made to the Terms, your sole remedy is to discontinue all use of Kybo’s Services and products immediately.
Kybo Technologies may also update or modify any supplemental policies, guidelines, or agreements that govern specific features or platforms independently of these Terms, and such changes shall similarly become binding upon your continued use.
10.0 Governing Law
These Terms of Service and your use of Kybo Technologies’ Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Australia and its applicable states and territories, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
You agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, your use of the Services, or any transaction with Kybo Technologies shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within Australia.
By using our Services, you consent to the jurisdiction and venue of these courts and waive any objections based on inconvenient forum or jurisdiction.
Nothing in this section prevents Kybo Technologies from seeking injunctive or equitable relief in any jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or confidential information.
